Eligibility
Who can join?
Freemasonry is open to men of integrity and good character. We do not solicit members; a man must ask to join of his own free will.
- Be a man, at least 21 years of age.
- Have a belief in a Supreme Being (of any faith).
- Be of good reputation and character.
- Be a free man (acting of your own free will).

Acknowledge & initial review
Your enquiry is received and reviewed. If appropriate, we will contact you to arrange the next step.
We respond to suitable enquiries as promptly as possible.
Meeting with the Screening Committee
You will be invited to meet members of the Screening Committee for a conversation—an opportunity to ask questions, understand expectations, and help us understand your intent and suitability.
Think of it as a respectful conversation, not an interview to “perform” in.
Vetting & checks
Following the meeting, the fraternity carries out appropriate vetting and checks as part of the normal process.
This protects the standards of the fraternity and the harmony of the lodge.
A date is decided
If both sides wish to proceed after the above steps, a date will be decided for the next stage of your journey.
You will be guided clearly on what to expect before anything is scheduled.
